The App requires a user account using Sign in with Apple. We may collect account-related information provided through Apple authentication, such as a user identifier and, where made available by Apple, an email address.

The App may collect limited anonymous usage data through Google Analytics for Firebase, such as:

• Device type and operating system
• App version
• Country or region
• Interaction events, feature usage, and crashes

This data is used to improve the App’s performance, stability, and user experience. We do not sell personal data.

4. Fair Usage Policy

To keep the App reliable for all users, the App applies a fair usage limit on AI-powered requests.

Users may receive up to 600 AI requests per month. This limit resets monthly.

Usage limits may be changed at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily restrict access if usage patterns suggest automated, bulk, abusive, or non-personal use.

5. Tracking, Analytics, and Cookies

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used and to improve performance and stability.

Google may collect and process anonymous device and usage information in accordance with its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

The App does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Sign in with Apple – user authentication
• Google Analytics for Firebase – analytics and performance monitoring

7. Acceptable Use

The App must be used in a lawful and responsible manner.

Prohibited usage includes:

• Abuse, harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• Fraud, scams, or illegal activity.
• Automated, bulk, or abusive requests.
• Distribution of malware or harmful code.
• Attempts to bypass usage limits or security measures.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the App if misuse is detected.
